We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Our goal is no make all returns as easy and as straight forward as possible for our customers across the European Union and beyond.
Please also note you can now EDIT your order for up to 16 hours after placing the order were you can add , remove products from the order as well as change the billing and delivery information. You can also the option to CANCEL the order using the ORDER EDIT tool which is available on the ORDER STATUS PAGE. The 16 hours limit is based on us holding the order for 16 hours to allow changes before we ship and is not a limit on cancelling an order but another means to cancel an order or to edit the order. This has been added to give customer the means to quickly update information or add and remove ordered products without the need to cancel and reorder.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or your order number. Please also understand that certain items cannot be accepted as returns due to the nature of the product and this includes items which have automotive tape or other adhesives for example.
If an item has been opened and used please contact us if for example you have found it does not fit your Tesla model or you have an issue which means you cannot use the item and we will endeavour to offer a helpful solution.
If you open and or use an item and then simply change your mind this is not something we can assist you with under most circumstances.
It is important not to return any item without first obtaining a RETURN NUMBER ( RMA NUMBER ) as this number must be written on the outside of any returned parcel. If you return a parcel and there is no RETURN NUMBER it will most likely be refused and this is an inconvenience for us both so please obtain a RETURN NUMBER as this ensures the safety and security of all returns.

You can also create a return using the RETURN link on the TESLARY website which is a semi automated returns solution and it is designed to assist you with making your return easy and straight forward.
Credit for returned items will be applied to the customer account used to place the order and new orders can be placed using the credit straight away. Refunds will always be to the original payment method.
Please note that delivery charges are a service fee and are not refundable however if we are replacing a faulty item under warranty there is no shipping fee to the original country of delivery and depending on the warranty we will credit the cost of the return shipping to the customer account.
If your return is accepted, we will notify you by email and provide with with a reference number. You can then post the item back to our facility in Ireland listed above. The cost of return shipping lies with the customer unless we have made a mistake with the item delivered or your order has been damaged in transit. Items which do not include an RMA label or Number on the outside of the return parcel may be refused.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Outside the European Union
If you are returning an item from outside the European Union it is important to complete the export document to show the goods have already been exported from the EU and the easiest way to do this is to include the original Invoice with the return. When we are returning replacement items we will always state the value is €1 and the item is a replacement under warranty. This ensures most countries do not apply import duty or other taxes however this is not something we can guarantee and all import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the imported for orders outside of the European Union.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), products with adhesive. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, liquids , creams or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Items with adhesive cannot be returned unless we provide permission and will only be accepted for credit or refund post their examination by ourselves.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you however have such an issue please contact us and we will endeavour to offer a sensible solution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unpoened and or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or the order number. Goods returned under this rule must not have been used and should not have been opened ( some exceptions ) so please look at our Terms and Conditions before considering the cooling off period. It must also be understood that certain items cannot be returned under this rule such as items with automotive tape for example.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
