Your order is not accepted until TESLARY confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as TESLARY may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.

We will offer trust , honesty and respect to our customers and we only ask that they show the same to both our staff and to this business. Our Terms and Conditions are there to give our customers a basis for understanding their rights as well as the decisions we make however we will deal with issues which are outside of the terms and conditions on a case by case basic to ensure fairness always.
SALES PRICE DISCOUNTS AND REDUCTION ADJUSTMENTS
Our discounted promotional offers cannot be combined, but we do offer adjustments when you buy something and the price decreases. We offer different discounted sale prices throughout the year. Historically speaking, it can range from 5% to 25%. In this case, you’re eligible for a price reduction refund for the difference in price. Be sure to take advantage of this policy. Just contact us by email or live chat while the lower promotional time is running to request a price adjustment. Price adjustments must be requested while the price decrease is active and within 7 days of your purchase.
CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
Customers agree to our full list of terms & Conditions. Prior to purchasing from TESLARY customers must read all of the Product information for the products they buy. Examples include but are not limited to: Description, Compatibility, Warranty, Installation & Shipping. We also require that you watch the installation videos prior to installation if available. This is to make sure that you feel comfortable with the installation process before even ordering.
NOTE: For customer using the mobile app, please check the descriptions at teslary as there can be additional information that the app doesn't contain. If you have any question, please feel free to email us at sales@teslary.ie
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel an order or to have an items removed, you must email us at sales@teslary.ie with your cancellation request before we ship your order to avoid paying return shipping costs . If you cancel your order after we ship it, or your order is refused or not deliverable, we will deduct the returned shipping fees from your refund. The credit card processing fees from Shopify/Stripe vary from 3.5% to 5% depending on your credit card / Debit Card This is deducted because processing fees are not refundable to us.
You can now cancel your order from the ORDER STATUS PAGE within 16 hours of the order being placed with no need to contact us or explain. Credits and Refunds are automatic based on the original payment method. You will see a reference to the ORDER EDIT option on the ORDER THANK YOU PAGE and also a mention there that you can view the page again on the ORDER STATUS PAGE. This allows you to EDIT the order as well as CANCEL , you can add products , change products as well as update your contact and delivery information so as to avoid having to cancel and reorder. The 16 hours time limit does not mean you cannot cancel an order after 16 hours however as many order ship quickly we had to put a time limit on allowing order edits and to avoid delaying orders unnecessarily we settled on 16 hours after consultation with Tesla owners who have purchased from us in the past.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & ORDER CANCELLATION PROCESSING FEES:
With our Return & Exchange program we take the risk out of online shopping by making it as simple as possible. Simply put, if you don't like something you've bought from us, you have 14 days to send it back for a full refund less the shipping charges you paid. Please note that some items cannot be accepted for return under the 14 day policy for example products which have adhesive or products which are sprays , liquids, paints or creams were these cannot be resold but contact us and we will try to assist.
Please also remember we can apply CREDIT direct to your Customer Account which means there is no need to wait days or weeks for refunds to arrive onto a Debit or Credit Card. If you choose a Credit Direct to your Customer Account the funds are usually available to spend within 1 to 2 hours after the return is processed and there is no limit on how long the funds can stay in your customer account so there is no expiry date.
If you cancel your order after we ship it, or your order is refused or not deliverable, we will deduct the returned shipping fees from your refund. The credit card processing fees from Merchant Processors vary from 3.5% to 5% depending on your credit card / Debit Card This is deducted because processing fees are not refundable to us.
Were the situation suits or the customer requests we can refund / credit amounts to the customers account allowing them to place orders straight away without having to wait for a refund to be prcessed by a card issuer or bank. This Account Credit Process may also be applied were under normal circumstances there is no valid reason to offer a credit / refund and at the discretion of management we may offer to credit / refund the customers online account for a returned product / order which was not applicable under other return terms and conditions. This is a ter in addition to our customers Irish , EU and Local Rights and is designed to offer an alternative solution were one would normally not exist. This Account Credit based on a return is not a right and is only applicable at the discretion of management with each case taken on an individual basis to ensure fairness to all of our customers.
We do not charge restocking fees at Teslary.eu as we all know online shopping is not the same as buying something in person, because you can't touch it, feel it, or try it on like you can at a retail store. Unsure of what color matches best? Just buy both and send one back with a requested RMA # from our customer service team. We have conditions for returns below so please keep reading.
We would ask Tesla and other EV owners to ensure an item is compatible with their model by taking the time to look at our images and descriptions and comparing to your EV and or searching online to get more information. If you are in any doubt please use the contact form and let us know your exact model including year and the product you want to purchase and we will confirm if the item is compatible or not.
Wheel Covers cannot be returned once you fit them to your Tesla or other EV so please ensure they are correct for your model and are correctly fitted prior to driving with them as once you unpack and install them we are unable to accept returns. If you have an issue with wheel covers please contact us but it is important to ensure compatibility prior to shipping as the outward and return shipping can cost as much is not more than the cost of the wheel covers.
We are here to offer a service to Tesla owners as well as owners of other EVs and we do understand that mistakes can happen so we are here to find a sensible solution for our customers should they fall foul of the terms and conditions or even if they are clearly outside of the terms and conditions. If you explain to us your issue and are truthful , honest and respectful we will be the same and we will do everything possible to ensure there can be a solution which is acceptable to ourselves and our customers.
IMPORTANT NOTICE RETURNS RESTRICTIONS
There are returns restrictions on items we cannot resell as new or were hygeine is a concern for example Car Seat Covers. If there is a genuine fault with an item we will try to find a compromise solution but change of mind cannot be accomadated when it comes to items involving hygeine or which cannot be resold as new should they be returned. When it comes to car seat covers we recommend not removing from the sealed packing until you have verified you have ordered the correct covers for your model. Car seat covers includes ventilated seat covers , heated seat covers as well as seat protectors and includes both front and rear seat covers. Were there is accepted manufacturing damage the damaged piece only will be replaced at the discredtion of the manufacturer. Seat Covers are hand made and are not mass produced so you can expect some minor blemishes or colour discrepencies due to the manufacturing process. The return process is governed by hygiene concerns which we have been forced to implement. We are reasonanle but please understand hygiene is a concern with seat covers and we cannot resell any seat covers which have been in the posession of a customer and this includes pillows , cushions and other similar items. Hygiene is not a term we ever expected to have to apply to returns or exchanges but this has been forced upon us based on previous customer actions.
CONDITIONS FOR DISCONTINUED ITEMS
Discontinued items are not returnable or exchangeable. We recommend watching the installation videos before purchasing to make sure that you are comfortable with the installation process. Under rare circumstances where a discontinued item is deemed defective, within the first 5 business days of delivery, we may be able to offer store credit towards future purchases. After 5 business days, we will still be happy to assist with any installation or general questions you have about these products. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Items must be UNUSED and in a new re-sellable condition to qualify for a full refund. Check unused conditions below. Also, all returned items must be sent back with an RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number). If you want to return something, please email us at sales@teslary.ie or try our LIVE chat anytime between Monday-Friday 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. GMT(Excluding National Holidays) for the RMA #.
We reserve the right to accept certain items for return including an example being Ambient LED lighting kits , projector lights , footwell lights etc. as once these are ordered and accepted we cannot resell to another customer. Many Ambient lighting kits include adhesive which leaves them in 2 brackets which limits their return.
UNUSED CONDITIONS
Items must be UNUSED and in a new re-sellable condition to qualify for a full refund. We recommend watching our installation videos before installing any of our products to make sure that you feel comfortable with the process. Some of our products like our vinyl wrap decals, screen protectors, and carbon fiber spoilers are non-returnable once the installation tape or 3M Liner is removed. Please be sure you're happy with the product and comfortable with the installation process before removing adhesive liner. We suggest placing the item in the exact location where you will be installing to make sure you love it and to make sure it fits correctly.

SHIPPING CHARGES/FEES:
Any additional fees due to a 'Refused' or 'Return to Sender' shipment will be deducted from the total refund amount. The cost of return postage is at the expense of the customer unless the return is related to faulty or damaged products. If TESLARY.IE covers the cost of a return the maximum amount covered will be no more than the original shipping cost which if FREE the value will be considered to be the normal shipping cost of €8.99. Certain items which are 2KG or over such as Wheel Covers have a shipping cost of between €40 and €50 so please consider this when ordering or returning as the value we place on FREE SHIPPING post a return will be the original cost to us for shipping even if the Order shows FREE SHIPPING. We never want to be put in the position of apply any of these charges so we do ask customers to ensure they are ordering the correct wheels for their models and if in doubt please contact us before making your purchase.
If you item is deemed faulty or damaged it is important that you do not sign for the order upon delivery or if you do not notice the damage until you have signed then please open a support ticket and send us images and details of the the damage within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of the delivery. Our Goods in Transit Insurer insist of this timeframe as does the Carriers Insurer so faiure to adhere to this can result in claims for damage being declined however we would prefer this never becomes an issue for a customer so please always contact us as soon as you can and even after the 48 hour deadline we will report the damage and ask for the matter to be investigated.
Claims of incorrect descriptions on our website are taken very seriously and we will investigate all such reports by examing the instock product and we will then also open a conversation with the manufacturer. If you are disputing a description or images you may be required to provide evidence of your claim which is backed up by a third party report. This should never be necessary as we take considerable care to ensure descriptions as close to 100% as possible with us even taking the time to personally use the products were possible so often our descriptions include details of our experience with a product. You do not need to make false claims relating to descriptions when making a return as this will only delay your return and may result in us declining to authorise a return. We are customers to always be honest and truthful when making a return request and we will to the same. We have respect for our customers and we expect them to show us the same respect.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide, and International Customers are responsible for all import fees, duties, VAT, GST, TAX, handling fees, and all other import costs in their respective country. The shipping fees Teslary.ie collects only cover shipping & handling. There are no additional charges for importation of VAT for orders shipped to any EU Country.
For customers returning orders Internationally
Customers returning orders internationally are subject to their countries customs taxes and duties. We are not responsible for any Customs or Duty fees. Any additional fees due to a 'Refused' or 'Return to Sender' shipment will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refused Deliveries and All customer posted returns
If you place an order and you then refuse delivery this will result in return delivery and shipping costs being deducted from your refund however if you refuse delivery and the order is not returned to us then you are leaving yourself open to a declined refund and neither you or ourselves want this to happen so we are all customers to accept the delivery and then to return using their national post service or an International courier. You can use the lowest cost service as time is not of concern however you must ensure the order being returned is insured and a signature is required. You must create the RETURN LABEL on our website and either PRINT the LABEL or WRITE the RETURN NUMBER on the outside of the orders packing. This ensures we will be able to process your return as well as the credit or refund within the shortest time frame. Once an item is returned and accepted we endeavour to process all credits and refunds within 3-5 Business days.
RETURN TIME LIMIT
Orders are not returnable after 14 days. Please contact us as we may offer a partial refund if you want to exchange it for something else. This does not apply to items being returned under warranty were there is a manufacturing defect.
INSTALLATION PROBLEMS
We are not able to issue refunds for failed installations. We offer troubleshooting solutions and we send out replacement parts everyday. We only ask for customers to pay for the material cost and shipping. Contact our Technical Support Department for assistance. We recommend watching our installation videos if available before installing any of our products to make sure that you feel comfortable with the process.
REPLACEMENT PIECES
Our products are self installing but if you make a mistake installing something and need a replacement, please send us an email with a photo along with your replacement request. Please contact us for the replacement cost which includes the material cost and shipping & handling fees. We don't want to profit on a replacement part.
Note*: Our products come as complete sets. We will not break apart a set if one of your pieces becomes defective due to normal ware and tare.
LIMITED* LIFETIME WARRANTY
At TESLARY.EU we are very proud to offer our LIMITED* LIFETIME WARRANTY on most of our accessories.
This warranty is unprecedented in the aftermarket auto industry, and it applies to over 1200 of our 2,500+ accessories. All of our products come with a lifetime warranty unless stated otherwise in the product’s description or on the product’s warranty tab, and does not apply to electronic products, and carbon fiber products. Most electronic accessories have at least a 1 year warranty.
We sell the best TESLA compatible accessories, many are made by other companies and in this case a 3rd party warranty applies, and such products include ones made by these manufacturers. These include 3D Max Pider, Alpharex, KW Automotive, Reviver, Acco Power, Alloygator, and others with name brands. Rest assured, after many years in business, we try our best to always make our customers happy!
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover wear and tear. If something wears out or gets damaged. We understand wear and tear is a grey area, but everything can affect a products life span. This can be daily exposure to sunlight or even extreme cold or intense heat. Anything electronic we sell has a 1 year warranty just because of this type of product. This is why our competitors only have a 30-90 da warranty. Regardless, we will do everything we can to make you an TESLARY.EU customer for life.
First 90 Days: If something is defective or stops working during the first 90 days, we will send you a free replacement along with a return label to send back the defective part. We even pay the shipping for replacement parts during the first 90 days. We may ask you to discard the original if shipping costs are expensive. If we are unable to send you a shipping label based on your country of order we will credit you the maximum shipping amount of €5.99 to your account or to your original payment medium.
After 90 Days, if something is defective, we require customers to send photos and or videos so we can evaluate the issue, and our customers may have to ship back whatever is not working correctly at their expense. We reserve the right to repair the original item or replace it with a new one. Once our review is complete and if the products is defective, we will ship a free replacement, and if a replacement is needed and is not covered by warranty, we may charge our customer the material cost and shipping to send out a replacement.
UV Warranty
Carbon Fiber Molded Products & Plastic Molded Accessories
All of our molded Carbon Fiber parts are coated with 3 top coats for the greatest UV Protection. Over time, and without proper care from applying UV reducing wax or nano-ceramic coatings this protection can wear off from normal wear from washing your car. This warranty is limited to only 1 year for this reason. Slight yellowing is normal for carbon fiber when a car is parked outside in direct sunlight regularly, and again yellowing and pealing of the top coat is not covered under lifetime warranty.
Most companies only offer a 30-day warranty for UV Protection or none at all. To extend the life of our Carbon Fiber, we recommend using "303 Protectant” or another ceramic coating. This will assist with UV protection extension. Lastly, after you install the exterior carbon fiber part, we recommend wrapping it in clear bra paint protection film. This will only work on the glossy finish, and will prevent pitting, scratching and over time.
Carbon Fiber Visual Warranty: Real Molded Carbon Fiber is made from thousands of strands microscopic of carbon fiber. When it is molded it may show inconsistencies in the twill patterns direction. These variations are normal and are not a manufacturer's defect.
Plastic Molded Products that are uncoated or coated with a clear coat also require UV protection when parked in direct sunlight for a long period of time, or not garaged. This top layer deterioration or oxidation can occur on spoilers, diffusers, turn signal covers, and anything installed horizontally. Any plastic part, plain uncoated ABS plastic or carbon look hydro dipped can have the same affect over time. These plastic parts only have a 6-month warranty for this reason.
DAMAGED ITEMS
For damaged items, you have 5 days from receipt of delivery to report damage to us. We will file a claim with the shipping provider, and we will send a replacement out promptly during the shipping company's investigation. We only ask you to hold on to the box and all packaging and the damaged item, as the shipping provider may pick it up. We also will need photographs of the damage item including photos of all boxes and packaging.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
For lost items, you have 5 days from receipt of delivery to report this to us. We will file a claim with the shipping company, and we will send a replacement out promptly during the shipping companies investigation. Door bell camera video recording will be requested if your order is lost to help support your claim. If your lost order is claim denied, because of proof of delivery, we are not responsible for replacements. This is why we will ask you for as much evidence as possible to help support your claim and get you the product you deserve! We will offer an additional discount if you want to place a replacement order.
WARRANTY FOR THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS WE SELL
We do sell some third party products. Any warranty claims made on products sold by TESLARY.EU but manufactured by the aforementioned third parties must be pursued directly through the third party manufacturer. TESLARY.IE is not responsible for warranty claims made for the third party products. We will be happy to give you their contact information, so please email us and we will help. These include 3D Max Pider, Alpharex, KW Automotive, Reviver, Acco Power, Alloygator, and others with name brands.
Lifetime Warranties - No Restocking Fees
WARRANTY:
TESLARY.EU: We offer lifetime warranties*. For the last number of years we have been offering lifetime warranties on our products
RESTOCKING FEES:
Other companies charge 10 to 30% restocking fees when you want to return something, but not at TESLARY.IE. You can send any of our unused standard items back for a full refund with zero restocking fees. Shop with confidence, and don't buy from a company that charges you to return something. If a company sells quality products they would not charge restocking fees.
FINANCIAL FEES - CHARGEBACK POTENTIAL COSTS
If a customer creates a CHARGEBACK with a CREDIT or DEBIT CARD ISSUER or a service such as PAYPAL and the CHARGEBACK is applied in the favour of the SELLER then the BUYER becomes LIABLE for cost incurred in the defence of the CHARGEBACK. These charges are applied by the issuing banks and merchant processors and range from €20 to €35. We would always advice customers to read and understand the terms and conditions before creating a chargeback as this should be a lost resort were you are making a very serious claim. If you misuse the Chargeback service and lose you will have addictional fees applied to your transaction to cover the costs which will be in line with the Merchant Processor , Bank , Card Issuer or PayPal. We would prefer not to need this term in our conditions but due to the misuse of the Chargeback system we find ourselves forced to add this term on the 28.12.2024. Please note that the fees mentioned above do not include any potential fees which may be accrued by ourselves such as legal fees , administration fees , etc however if such fees are accrued we will provide a detailed statement once the chargeback has been decided.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Many of our competitors will not immediately send out a replacement if something gets damaged during the delivery, and this is not fair. This is not our customers's fault if An Post or GLS damages your products. This is just not fair, and our customers should not have to wait for a claim to be processed. We will ship out a new item right away with np unnecessary delay.
LOCAL LAWS & EU LAW
All sales are subject to EU Law as well as Irish Law and we will always consider local laws when the order is delivered to any EU country. If your order is delivered outside of the EU we cannot honour non EU laws however we do believe EU laws give additional rights to our non EU customers. Even if you local laws do not give you a reason for a return please contact us as we accept returns based on EU law even if your local laws do not normally allow certain types of returns. It is never our intention for any matter to need a legal decision however should there be a disagreement which cannot be settled between ourselves and the customer then legal action must be taken in our country of registration which is the Republic of Ireland. If any issues has to go legal then we have failed in our job to you our customer so please always consider whatever offers we have made and the rules we have applied before proceeding with legal action. If your local laws offer additional rights over EU legislation then please provide the details to us and we will always considering adding these additional rights to our terms and conditions which are designed to offer additional rights over standard EU legislation.
